Q. Is your site secure? Can I place an order securely?

Q. I only received part of my order. Why?

A. That's normal. Your items come from different suppliers, and to avoid you waiting too long, we prefer to send you the item(s) that are ready first. Therefore, you will receive your order in several packages (which also means more joy discovering new packages in your mailbox over several days).

Q. I placed an order more than 15 days ago and haven't received anything yet.

A. Yes, that's normal. Delivery time varies between 2 and 7 weeks. It's usually much closer to 2 weeks, but sometimes it takes a little longer because we work directly with suppliers, which allows us to offer you better prices.

However, if you do not receive your item within the maximum period of 7 weeks (49 days), we will refund you and you can keep the item when it arrives.

Each natural stone item is unique. The shape, color, and size may vary slightly depending on the stone and may therefore differ from the photograph shown on our website.

Furthermore, stones sometimes exhibit certain natural "imperfections," such as cracks, fissures, or small holes that do not disappear after polishing, as their original natural formation resulted from erosion, mineral combinations, or natural strata. This doesn't affect the energy of these stones at all – on the contrary, it's amplified because the stones are untouched and natural.
