SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (except weekends and public holidays).

The Store Zen ships to the following regions: Europe, Canada and DOM-TOM.

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with the shipping confirmation, including your tracking number.

During periods of high demand, order preparation may take up to 72 hours, i.e., 3 business days.

The carrier and the shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, order amount, and destination country.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS

• Colissimo (home delivery, pickup point or post office, between 8 and 25 business days).

Some orders may be shipped from different suppliers, which could result in separate deliveries.

SHIPPING COSTS

For orders under 45,00 £, the shipping cost is 3,55 £. For orders over 45,00 £, shipping is free.

The Store Zen reserves the right to modify these costs or suspend them temporarily without prior notice. These changes do not require prior notification to the site’s customers.

Under no circumstances may a third party claim a refund of the shipping costs applicable at the time of purchase. Information about shipping costs is always available at the order confirmation stage.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without our prior authorization.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, in whole or in part, you may request a replacement or a refund for the affected items. To do so, send us a message at contact@the-store-zen.com, including proof of purchase and a photo of the defective items. In the message, specify whether you want an exchange or a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION (IF APPLICABLE)

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@the-store-zen.com If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to accept the cancellation.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@the-store-zen.com

RETURNS

To return a product, you must mail it to the address we will provide once your request is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

The time required to receive a replacement product may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
