DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and holidays).

The Store Zen offers deliveries to the following geographic areas: EUROPE, CANADA, DOM TOM.

With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with the shipping confirmation that includes the order tracking number.

During peak periods, order preparation may take 72 hours or 3 business days.

The choice of carrier, as well as the price, may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of the products and the quantity in the basket, as well as the shipping country.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS

Zen Store develops partnerships directly with producers, eliminating intermediaries. Shipping methods may vary from producer to producer.

- By Green Card (home delivery, collection point, post office, 6 to 25 working days)

- Via Colissimo (home delivery, collection point, post office, 6 to 25 working days)

Some purchase orders may be linked to more than one supplier, in which case the items are shipped separately.

SHIPPING COSTS

The delivery cost for orders bellow 45£ is 3,55£, and delivery is free for orders over this amount. The Store Zen reserves the right to change this cost or cancel it at any time. This change will not require prior notice to site customers.

Under no circumstances may a third party claim a refund of the shipping costs in effect at the time of purchase. Information regarding shipping costs is displayed at the top of every page of the website, as well as during the order confirmation process.
